ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. Unfortunately, we do not have the staffing to fulfill internet orders the day of the event. We will be unable to fill any orders submitted online after 7:00 AM, April 29, 2011. Carnival wristbands and tickets and Celebrity’s Cafe meals may be purchased at the event.

Thank you for visiting the Spring Festival web site. Here you can register online or download the 2011 registration brochure. You can register as an individual or a family. You choose how everyone will participate. We offer a 5k race, 1 mile fun run/walk, a carnival complete with inflatables, rides and games and a catered meal by Celebrity’s Sidewalk Cafe.

Click on the link below to open and print a copy of the brochure. Fill out the form completely (be sure to sign the form in the appropriate place near the bottom). Then mail it or deliver it to Heatherstone Elementary, along with your payment before the registration deadline of April 8th. For every Registration, you will receive a T-Shirt, so please specify the sizes you need here. Family Entry Fee purchases can add 3 T-Shirts. You can add additional T-Shirts to your order but please make sure you have added additional T-Shirts to your shopping cart using the form above.
